The course subject is Early Christianity in the relevant contexts. The topic of the seminar will be specified in February 2025 by prior arrangement with Professor Berner and based on students' preferences. The language of the course is English.

Sylabus

The course takes place in a seminar format. Preparation for the seminar and active participation are expected. The starting point is reading ancient texts and their interpretation, followed by a discussion on selected topics. Participants will receive the texts by one month before the first seminar. All materials will be available for accountants in the university's Moodle system.

The seminar takes place in blocks. The exact date will be specified.
