Summer semester 2020 - schedule:
Aim of the seminar is to discuss, revise and complete substantial parts of the thesis and prepare them for the oral defence.

Dissertation deadline: 7 May 2020 - dissertation has to be uploaded to SIS (Charles) and two printed copies have to be submitted to the secretariate of the Institute of International Studies (room 3103, building A, 3rd floor).
In the case students would need extended deadline a request must be submitted (request form see at https://fsv.cuni.cz/en/academics/forms-and-regulations/student-forms) at least one week before the deadline. Extension must be approved first by the lecturer and the chief of the programme and then by students department (in the case of IMESS also by SSEES UCL).
The possible extension is one week (up to 14 May 2020), then the oral defence moves to the September term (usually first two weeks of September).
Oral defence term: 8-26 June (exact date will be defined in April 2020).
Pass is given after dissertation is uploaded
Check whether your professors have recorded grades from all your classes you have taken, if not, contact the chief of your programme asap; all exams should be completed by 29 May 2020.
