Tento předmět objasňuje základní stavební principy, týkající se způsobu vnitřního uspořádání lidského těla. Tím poslouží k pochopení mechanizmů zodpovědných za vývoj jeho komplexní struktury. Studium je obvyklým způsobem členěno na obecnou a systematickou část. Další integrální součástí je praktická výuka, ve které si studenti zdravotnické bioanalytiky osvojí základní metody používané v biologických vědách - světelná a elektronová mikroskopie, histochemie a imunocytochemie, použití autoradiografie atd.

These subjects elucidate the basic structural principles regarding the manner of the inner arrangement of the human body. Furthermore, it will help students comprehend the mechanisms that are responsible for the development of the complex structure of the human body. The study of these subjects is divided into a general and a systematic part. Practical lessons are an important part of this subject. Students of the health care bioanalytics programme will be familiarized with basic techniques and procedures that are used in biological sciences - light and electron transmission microscopy, histochemistry, immunocytochemistry and autoradigraphy.
