The course also deals with the symbolic role of language in constructing social class, national, regional, tribal, and ethnic identities. Online midterm exam (30%) consisting of 30 questions. When a student answers a question correctly, he/she is awarded a point for it. To pass the test, the student must reach the score of at least 25 points. Class participation throughout the semester (20%). Final exam (50%), which will consist of an individual discussion with the instructor. Each student will be asked to answer two questions within a timeframe of 5 minutes. |
