NA-ECO (all specializations) Ecology

1)   Pokud zamýšlíte v tomto období konat SZ či obhajobu, nezapomeňte se přihlásit k jednotlivým částem, které chcete konat. Pořadí částí SZ a zda je nutné konat všechny části najednou, je uvedeno v příloze 1 Pravidel pro organizaci studia na PřF UK.

2)   Splnit studijní povinnosti k jednotlivým částem SZ je třeba splnit do 23.5.2024 (včetně). Jejich kontrolu si proveďte včas – vizte návod na kontrolu "všechny kontroly SZ".

3)   Práce se odevzdává pouze elektronicky v SIS. Práci lze odevzdat (tlačítko ODEVZDAT) až poté, kdy automatická kontrola vyhodnotí, že práce je ve správném formátu PDF/A. Nahrávání práce do SIS nenechávejte na poslední chvíli! Po nahrání práce proběhne kontrola formátu PDF/A, která může trvat i několik hodin. Její výsledek lze zjistit po obnovení stránky (klávesa F5).

4)   Práci musíte nahrát a odevzdat nejpozději: do 30.4.2024 do 12:00 hod. SIS se v uvedenou hodinu uzavře. Termín pro odevzdání práce je nepřekročitelný. Žádostem o dodatečné odevzdání práce (např. z technických důvodů) se nevyhovuje. 

5)   Žádost o odložení lhůty zveřejnění práce nebo její části podává v SIS vedoucí práce. Neschválená žádost nebrání odevzdání práce v SIS! 

6)   V případě, že student práci neodevzdal včas, nebo se včas nepřihlásil k obhajobě, může se k obhajobě přihlásit až v následujícím termínu SZ. Prodloužení délky studia či poplatková povinnost nejsou důvody pro prodloužení termínu pro odevzdání práce či k dodatečnému přihlášení k obhajobě práce.

1)    If you are planning to take the State final examination or thesis defense, do not forget to register for all the individual the parts. The order of the parts of the State Final Examination and the information on whether or not it is necessary to take all parts at once is stated in Appendix 1 of the Rules for the organization of studies at the Faculty of Science, UK.

2)    Study requirements for individual parts of the exam must be completed by 23.05.2024 (included). Review them in time – see the instructions for checking: manual.

3)    The thesis can only be submitted electronically via SIS. The thesis can be submitted (submit button) only after an automatic check approves that

the thesis is in the correct PDF/A format. Don't leave thesis uploading in SIS for the last minute! After uploading the thesis in the PDF/A format there will be a check which may take up to several hours! The results will be seen after refreshing the page (F5 key).

4)    You must upload and submit the work no later than: 30.04.2023 12:00 pm. SIS will close at the given time. The deadline for handing in the work cannot be exceeded. Requests for additional submission of thesis (e.g. for technical reasons) will not be accepted.

5)    Requests for postponing the deadline of the publication of the thesis or its parts are submitted via SIS by the supervisor. An unapproved request does not disable the submission of work in SIS!

6)    In case students do not submit their thesis in time or forget to register for the defense in time, they have to register for the defense in the following State final exam term. Extension of the length of study or setting up a fee are not reasons for extending the deadline for handing in the work or for an additional registration for the defense of work.
