      Graduates are equipped with a knowledge of Christian theology in its historical, systematic, and practical dimensions. They are capable of working with biblical texts in the original languages and are proficient in the hermeneutics of Christian texts, with a particular emphasis on the tradition of the Reformation, and in dialogue with other Christian traditions, with philosophy, and with the social sciences. They are familiar with the phenomenology of religion, with the traditional world religions and with new religious movements.
      The study program is carried out without specialization.

      The entrance examination takes place in one round and has only an oral part.
      The interview tests applicants' knowledge of biblical theology (including the original languages - Hebrew and Greek), systematic theology, historical theology, world religions and philosophy.

      The applicant is admitted if he/she obtains a minimum of 65 points

      Applicants will prepare for the entrance exam in advance an exegesis of at least 2 sections of text from the Old Testament (at least 20 verses in each section), and 2 sections from the New Testament, each at least 10 verses long (for details see the requirements for the entrance examination https://web.etf.cuni.cz/ETFENG-153-version1-pzk_aj_evt_nmgr.pdf).

      Admission to Master's studies is conditioned by completed secondary education confirmed by a school-leaving certificate. Admission to Post-Bachelor studies (Master's programme) is likewise conditioned by completed education in any type of study programme.
