Research should focus on selected professional groups – e.g. teachers, doctors, supportive professions etc. The primary objectives of projects are expected to revolve around successful adaptation and effective functioning in the changing world and multicultural societies. Analysis may include external circumstances (social and situational factors) and actors themselves (personality factors).
