Předmět se poloseminární formou zabývá výkladem světových dějin v letech 1968-1989, přičemž hlavní osa
interpretace se opírá o fenomén Studené války jako globálního historicko-sociálního vývojového procesu a
konceptualistický přístup z oblasti kulturních dějin. Výuka se soustředí zejména na historické problémy dynamiky
détente, lidských práv, specifického případu polského opozičního hnutí, druhé studené války a krize euroraket a
následně procesu perestrojky a rozpadu sovětského bloku.

PODMÍNKY ZAKONČENÍ pro prezenční studující: - 75% účast - závěrečný semestrální písemný test se 6 otevřenými otázkami: 2 ze společné povinné literatury (Judt) a 4 z povinných textů ke každému tématu.
PODMÍNKY ZAKONČENÍ pro kombinované studující: - účast na blokové výuce - závěrečný semestrální písemný test se 6 otevřenými otázkami: 2 ze společné povinné literatury (Judt) a 4 z povinných textů ke každému tématu.
Společné podmínky pro studující obou forem studia: - čas na semestrální písemný test je 90 minut - každá otázka v testu je hodnocena 0-3 body - celkové hodnocení: 18-16 bodů = 1, 15-12 bodů = 2, 11-9 bodů = 3, méně než 9 bodů = neprospěl(a). - během písemného testu může mít studující u sebe kromě zadání testu pouze psací potřeby (včetně případných brýlí). Veškeré ostatní věci odloží na určeném místě. Nedodržení těchto pokynů bude kvalifikováno jako prohřešek proti platnému Disciplinárnímu řádu pro studenty FHS UK.
