State doctoral exam. State doctoral exam is conducted by a commission. The commission will select two of four student's chosen themes which the candidate presents. After the presentation will be a discussion. Evaluation criteria is the candidate's ability to independently formulate and solve the problem in the selected area, the ability of explication of the hidden assumptions, familiarity with historical philosophical context, clear communication, etc.
