The atestation from the course "Introduction to Sociology" is the precodition for the enrollment in this course. The course is following the aim to support the understanding of current institutional changes in the modern societies, their structural dependencies as well as forms of change. The presented concepts and arguments will be based on the current sociological knowledge about the transformations in the selected institutions (of market, policy, education, media and family). The sociological explanation will be supported by historical and antropological accounts.

Předpokladem zápisu do kurzu je absolvování Úvodu do sociologie. Kurz probíhá ve formě přednášek a uplatňuje aktivní účast studentů na přednášených tématech.

Účast na diskuzní platformě a písemný test: 8 otevřených otázek (0-2 body), 2 uzavřené otázky (0-1 bod); 15-18 bodů = 1; 10-14 bodů = 2; 8-9 bodů = 3; Během semestru lze zpracovat dva komentáře s hodnocením 0-3 body), které se přičtou k hodnocení podle testu.

The course counts with knowledge presented in the Introduction to sociology and extends its scope both in the theroetical terms and ptactical applications to the study of nature and institutional changes of modern societies.
