The exam should examine how the students have mastered the knowledge of the main fields of the discipline and
the skills to interpret the philosophical texts practised in the seminars. The extent of the exam is limited to the
philosophy of ancient, medieval and early modern tradition (in terms of time limited by the philosophy of Immanuel
Kant, Kant including). The exam presupposes thorough individual preparation. The fields of examination and the
list of the primary and secondary texts are published and updated at the webpage of the department of philosophy.
