This subject creates adequate practical pre-requisites for movement programs aimed to compensate the load in sport as well as in daily life (school, office, pregnancy, older age). Compensatory exercises are aimed to prevent functional disorders, especially the locomotor system disorders. |

1. Locomotor system and exercise. Stretching and strengthening as a part of compensatory process. 2.
