Sports massage is a specific application of massage. It is the science and art of applying massage and related techniques to maintain the health of the athlete and to enhance athletic performance. Students will learn the basic principles of sports massage, its types and applications. They will work with various types of massage techniques, and they will practically master the full body massage.
