The course focuses on honing rhetorical skills during the organization of training sessions. The core of the course lies in numerous didactic outputs that are reflected upon by colleagues. Significant attention is devoted to communication and negotiation techniques. Given that participants in the specialization have diverse backgrounds, it is necessary to adapt the content of the course from year to year. Coordination of didactic outputs also occurs within the subjects, increasing the demand for flexible communication via email (and other online platforms). Non-responsive communication may be a reason for not granting credit.

Cognitively active participation in classes.

Completion of partial tasks.

Examination - the scope is provided during the semester.

For students intending to write their final thesis in KGUS, active participation in the Monday seminar for final theses is strongly recommended, where students' work is discussed across different years.
