The combat activities provide a simple and varied tool to improve the quality of the physical activity lessons. The
content of the Didactics of combat sports course systematically builds on and develops the content of the course
combat sports, which students took in the first year of the Bachelor's degree. The course appeals to the
applicability of the combat activities for the creation of training programs of a wide range of focus. The basic line of
the topics discussed consists of the areas of tumbling activities included in the School PE curiculum. During the
teaching, emphasis is placed on adapting the difficulty of the exercises depending on the diverse capabilities of
the target group (heterogeneous groups or vulnerable individuals). The course frames the use of the activities for
the needs of school physical education, or for the further fitness development of practitioners in other sports that
work with the contact component of the movement (football, handball, basketball). The combat activities provide
opportunities for the development of initiative and combativeness, control of fear for dealing with contact game
situations and improvement of the game potential of players. In non-contact sports, they serve as an opportunity to
compensate or diversify the training routine. Students in the course have significant input into the selection of
lesson content after considering the relevance to their future careers.

Úpoly poskytují jednoduchý a pestrý nástroj ke zkvalitnění náplně hodin pohybových aktivit. Obsah předmětu
Didaktika úpolů systémově navazuje a rozvíjí obsah předmětu úpoly z bakalářského studia. Předmět apeluje na
využitelnost úpolových aktivit pro tvorbu tréninkových programů rozsáhlého spektra zaměření. Základní linii
probíraných témat tvoří oblasti úpolových aktivit zanesených v RVP. Během výuky je kladen důraz na přizpůsobování
obtížnosti cvičení v závislosti na rozmanitých možnostech cílové skupiny (heterogenní skupiny, případně
vulnerabilních jedinců). Studenti se významně podílí na výběru náplně lekcí po zvážení významu pro svoji budoucí
kariéru.

The aim is to gain competence to include the activities in different sports programs, with special emphasis on the use in school TV.
Upon completion of the course, the student is aware of the fitness, psychological and social benefits of tumbling activities.
The student is familiar with a spectrum of simple slip games and is able to devise variations of these exercises depending on the input conditions.
The student is able to analyse the strategic points of certain bowling activities and highlight potential pitfalls.
The student is able to create an adequate didactic series for a desired activity depending on the level of the practitioner and the environmental conditions.
The student can apply a variety of didactic styles in the area of the climbing activities to increase the attractiveness of the program for a heterogeneous group.
The student can provide an informed reflection on the didactic outcomes of his/her classmates.

Cílem je získat kompetenci k zařazování úpolových aktivit v rozdílných sportovních programech, zvláštní důraz je kladen na využití ve školní TV.
Po dokončení předmětu si student uvědomuje kondiční, psychické a sociální benefity úpolových aktivit.
Student zná spektrum jednoduchých úpolových her a je schopen vymýšlet variace těchto cvičení v závislosti na vstupních podmínkách.
Student dokáže analyzovat strategické body určitých úpolových aktivit a upozornit na potenciální úskalí.
Student dokáže vytvořit adekvátní didaktickou řadu ke kýžené činnosti v závislosti na úrovni cvičenců a okolních podmínkách.
Student umí aplikovat rozmanité didaktické styly v oblasti úpolových aktivit a navýšit tak atraktivitu programu pro heterogenní skupinu.
Student dokáže poskytnout fundovanou reflexi didaktických výstupů svých spolužáků.
