The examination takes place at a clinical workplace. The student performs a complete examination of the patient from the physiotherapist's point of view, and on the basis of the examination, student proposes therapy goals and therapeutic procedures, which are subsequently applied. The student demonstrates knowledge and skills based on the content of the following courses: Demonstration - Clinical Practice I and II, Specialized Practice in Clinical Settings I and II, Clinical Colloquium I and II, Internship in Physical Therapy Practice, Related Professional Practice, Applied PNF Techniques, and Taping in Physical Therapy.

Zkouška probíhá na klinickém pracovišti. Student provádí u pacienta kompletní vyšetření z pohledu fyzioterapeuta
včetně klinické rozvahy, na základě vyšetření navrhuje a zdůvodňuje cíle terapie a terapeutické postupy, které
následně aplikuje. Prokazuje znalosti a dovednosti, které vycházejí především z náplně těchto předmětů: Demonstrace - klinická praxe I a II, Specializovaná praxe v klinických zařízeních I a II, Klinické kolokvium I a II, Stáž
ve fyzioterapeutické praxi, Souvislá odborná praxe, Aplikované techniky PNF a Taping ve fyzioterapii.

PSZZ247 - PracticalStateExamAppliedPhysiotherapy
In the practical examination, the student demonstrates in-depth knowledge and skills in complex work with patients, corresponding to the level of specialized competence of a physiotherapist.
Organization and conduct of the practical part of the final state exam:
The student shall attend the designated clinical workplace at the date and time communicated in the electronic invitation sent out via SIS.
The student will report for the practical part of the final state examin complete white clothing and equipped with examination aids, unless otherwise specified.
The practical examination normally lasts 1 hour (60 minutes) and is as follows:
The committee gives the student a diagnosis of the patient and introduces the student to the patient. This is followed by 30 minutes during which the student works independently with the patient. It is up to the student to use the time to take anamnestic data, examine the patient and start therapeutic procedures.The 30 minutes are followed by the actual exam, usually also lasting 30 minutes, during which:
the student introduces the patient to the committee and provides a summary of the patient's anamnestic data;
the student presents a complete differential diagnostic analysis of the patient's clinical condition;
the student articulates the conclusion of the examination reached during the preparation with the patient;
given the conclusion of the examination, the student presents the goals of therapy and a proposal for therapeutic procedures from the physiotherapy perspective, including their rationale;
according to the committee's assignment, the student demonstrates the diagnostic and therapeutic procedures he/she has used or proposed for the patient and answers questions posed by the committee.
At the end of the examination, the student submits his/her written notes to the committee, which are filed in the examination report. The committee shall conduct an evaluation of the examination immediately following the examination in a closed discussion. When it proceeds according to the criteria (introduction of the patient, communication and approach to the patient; summary of the history; performance of differential analysis; formulation of the conclusion of the examination; determination of the goals of therapy; demonstration of examination procedures; demonstration of therapeutic procedures; determination of self-therapy, suggestion of physical therapy).The evaluation will be shared with the student immediately following the closed discussion.

PSZZ247 - Praktická zkouška z aplikované fyzioterapie
V rámci praktické SZZK student prokazuje hluboké znalosti a dovednosti v komplexní práci s pacientem, odpovídající úrovni specializované způsobilosti fyzioterapeuta.
Organizace a průběh praktické části SZZK:
Student se dostaví na určené klinické pracoviště v termínu a čase, který je sdělen v elektronické pozvánce rozesílané prostřednictvím SIS. K praktické SZZK se student dostaví v kompletním bílém oblečení a vybaven vyšetřovacími pomůckami, pokud nebude určeno jinak.
Praktická zkouška trvá obvykle 1 hodinu (60 minut) a má následující průběh:
Komise studentovi sdělí diagnózu pacienta a seznámí jej s pacientem. Následuje 30 minut, během kterých studentsamostatně pracuje s pacientem. Je na studentovi, jak danou dobu využije k odebrání anamnestických údajů, vyšetření pacienta a zahájení terapeutických postupů. Po uplynutí 30 minut následuje vlastní zkouška, obvykle rovněž v trvání 30ti minut, během které:
student komisi představí pacienta a uvede souhrn anamnestických údajů pacienta;
student prezentuje kompletní diferenciálně diagnostickourozvahu klinického stavu daného pacienta;
student formuluje závěr vyšetření, ke kterému dospěl během přípravy s pacientem;
vzhledem k závěru vyšetření student prezentuje cíle terapie a návrh terapeutických postupů z pohledu fyzioterapie, včetně jejich zdůvodnění;
dle zadání komise student demonstruje diagnostické a terapeutické postupy, které využil nebo navrhl pro daného pacienta a zodpovídá dotazy položené komisí.
Po ukončení zkoušky student odevzdá komisi své písemné poznámky, které se zakládají do protokolu o zkoušce. Komise provádí vyhodnocení zkoušky bezprostředně pro ukončení zkoušky v neveřejné diskusi. Kdy postupuje dle kritérií (představení pacienta, komunikace a přístup k pacientovi; souhrn anamnézy; provedení diferenciální rozvahy; formulace závěru vyšetření; stanovení cílů terapie; demonstrace vyšetřovacích postupů; demonstrace terapeutických postupů; stanovení autoterapie, navržení fyzikální terapie).S hodnocením studenta seznámí bezprostředně po ukončení neveřejné diskuse.
