PSZZ244 - Theoretical examination from thematic areas of applied physiotherapy 

  1. Orthopaedic diseases of the hip joint (coxarthrosis, hip head necrosis, femoroacetabular impingement, hip joint replacement and others) - etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with the main focus on medical rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy. 

  2. Orthopaedic diseases of the knee joint (gonarthrosis, meniscus lesions, ligamentous disorders, patellofemoral pain syndrome, knee joint replacements, etc.) - aetiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, Comprehensive rehabilitation with the main focus on therapeutic rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy. 
  3. Orthopaedic diseases of the ankle joint and foot (foot deformities, arthrosis of the ankle joint, heel spur, achillodynia and others) - etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with the main focus on medical rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy.

Orthopaedic disorders of the brachial plexus (thoracic outlet syndrome, subacromial pain syndrome, instability of the shoulder joint, shoulder joint replacements and others) - aetiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with the main focus on medical rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy.

Orthopaedic diseases of the elbow joint (epicondylitis, arthrosis of the elbow joint and others) - aetiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with the main focus on therapeutic rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with the application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy. 
  6. Orthopaedic diseases of the hand (carpal tunnel syndrome, arthrosis of the hand, dupuyrten's contracture, regional pain syndromes, etc.) - etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with the main focus on therapeutic rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with the application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy. 
  7. Upper limb amputations - types of amputations performed, compensatory rehabilitation with the main focus on therapeutic rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including training with myoelectric prostheses from the physiotherapist's point of view with application of Evidence Based Physiotherapy principles. 
  8. Amputations of the lower limbs - types of amputations performed, compensatory rehabilitation with the main focus on therapeutic rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including training with DK prostheses from the physiotherapist's point of view with application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy. 
  9. Traumatological disabilities (fractures, special disabilities according to localization - brachial plexus + upper limb, spine, chest, lower limbs) - etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with the main focus on medical rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy.

Cardiac surgery (surgical interventions performed on individual parts of the heart, heart transplantation) - aetiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with the main focus on therapeutic rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with the application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy. 
  11. Thoracic surgery (surgical interventions performed on the lungs, pleura, chest wall, diaphragm, including tumours and others) - aetiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with the main focus on therapeutic rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with the application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy. 
  12. Abdominal surgery (surgical interventions performed in the abdomen) - aetiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with main attention to therapeutic rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy. 
  13. Rheumatological diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, fibromyalgia, collagen diseases and others) - aetiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with the main focus on therapeutic rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with the application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy. 
  14. Neurological diseases of the CNS (stroke, MS, etc.) - etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with main attention to medical rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy. 
  15. Neurological systemic diseases (spastic spinal paralysis, spinal muscular atrophy, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) - aetiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with main attention to medical rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy. 
  16. Neurological diseases as a result of traumatic injuries (cranio-cerebral trauma, epidural haematoma, subdural haematoma) - aetiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with the main focus on therapeutic rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy.

Neurological diseases of the spinal cord - transverse lesions (various localisations) - aetiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with main attention to medical rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, aims and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy. 
  18. Neurological diseases - extrapyramidal lesions (m. Parkinson, chorea Huntington) - aetiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with main attention to therapeutic rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with application of principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy.

Primary muscular diseases (progressive muscular dystrophy, myasthenia gravis pseudoparalytica, myotonia, etc.) - etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with the main focus on therapeutic rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with the application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy.

Internal diseases of the respiratory system (COPD, bronchial asthma, pneumonia, acute pulmonary embolism, pulmonary hypertension, etc.) - etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with the main focus on therapeutic rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with the application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy.

Internal diseases - cardiological diseases (MI, angina pectoris, myocarditis, cardiac insufficiency, cardiac rhythm disorders, arterial hypertension, etc.) - etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with main attention to medical rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy.

Internal diseases of the vascular system (peripheral arterial blockages, chronic venous insufficiency, phlebothrombosis, lymphedema, etc.) - etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with the main focus on medical rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy.

Rheumatological diseases of childhood (juvenile idiopathic arthritis) - aetiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with the main focus on therapeutic rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy.

Urological diseases of women (incontinence, bladder diseases, etc.) - etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with main attention to medical rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with application of Evidence Based Physiotherapy principles.

Urological diseases of men (incontinence, prostate diseases, conditions after prostatectomy and others) - etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, compensatory rehabilitation with main attention to therapeutic rehabilitation, differential diagnosis from the physiotherapist's point of view, goals and principles of examination and therapy, including possible preventive procedures from the physiotherapist's point of view with application of the principles of Evidence Based Physiotherapy.
