1. The importance and benefits of combat sport

Characteristics of combat sports and their taxonomy, importance of combatives in school physical education, importance of combatives in conditioning preparation, importance of combatives in civic life, relationship to lifestyle and health, social and psychological demands of combatives, importance of physical contact, aggressiveness.

2. Characteristics and history of the chosen combat sport

Characteristics of chosen sport, reference to ancient Greece, founder, history and development, brief development of rules, important milestones.

3. Self-defence

The law and circumstances of using Martial Arts, knowledge and skills fulfilling key competencies, factors influencing the self-defence situation, types of attacks.

4. Regeneration and weight reduction in combat sports

Possibilities of regeneration, periodization, rapid weight loss vs. gradual weight loss in combat sports and their timing, dietary supplements and their influence on performance in combat sports.

5. Systematic distribution of techniques in chosen sport specialization

Taxonomy, description and distribution of techniques, nomenclature.

6. Health compensation in chosen sport specialization

Reasons and goals of compensation, functional movement system disorders due to specialization and their manifestations, muscle imbalances and their diagnostics, principles of stretching, principles of strengthening, correct health posture.

7. Sports training of children in combat sports

Sensitive periods and development trends, early specialization, patterns and principles of youth resistance training, effective teaching, methodological principles, chronological vs. biological age.

8. Training session in chosen sport specialization

Structure of training sessions, focus of training session within microcycles - training sessions classified by task, work with volume vs. intensity.

9. Identification and selection in combat sports

Predictive indicators of talent, definition of talent, selection process, chronological vs. biological age, early specialization, development trends.

Characteristics, definition of coordination skills and their importance in combat sports, methods of development.

15. Endurance training in combat sports

Characteristics of endurance abilities, general vs. specific development methods, muscle physiology, energy cover, measurable performance indicators.

16. Tactical training in combat sports

Tactics vs. strategy, factors influencing the use of tactics, tactical moment, tactical skills.

17. Didactics ad methodology of selected technique in chosen sport specialization

Factors that influence technique (cognitive, fitness, etc.), motor learning principles, methodological series and correct procedures, choice of didactic style, enhancing the learning process - structure and schedule, instructions, feedback.

18. Psychological training in martial arts

Emotions and their influence on performance, energy management - arousal, anxiety, and stress, cognitive processes, work with different types of motivation, coaching, optimal mind setting before performance, term: flow.

19. Methodology of breakfalls

Types of breakfalls (falling techniques), development methods, frequent mistakes - critical points, procedures to enhance the learning process.

20. Diagnostics of motor skills in combat sports

Importance of diagnostics, process and procedure in testing, laboratory vs. field possibilities of testing, specific examples of tests of individual motor skills, standards.
