The course acquaints students with physical activities in the urban environment. Use of parkour courses, rope centers, fit trails and Tom's parks, slackline, in-line skating and Nordic walking. Students acquire basic skills in given activities and learn didactic procedures in their acquisition.

9. Rope park: familiarization with low rope obstacles, ways of overcoming and securing.

10. Tom's parks and fit trails use the park to exercise different populations.

13. Slackline: didactic procedures for mastering balance elements on the strap
