The student will acquire theoretical and practical knowledge of handball training.

After completing the course, the student will be familiar with:

  • Planning sports training in handball (perspective plan, RTC cycle, other cycles).
  • Team management in matches and psychological preparation in handball training.
  • Conditioning training in handball.
  • Specifics of the training process (children, youth, women).
  • Regeneration, basics of nutrition, athlete lifestyle, injury prevention.
