Learning schedule

1st lesson

Two-handed overhead pass and underhand serve. Meet Volleyball rules.

2nd lesson

Two-handed bump pass and overhand serve. Rudiments of Volleyball theory and Systematics.

Test from rules.

3rd lesson

Serve receiving. Match and umpiring.

4th lesson

Position for serve reception. Ball set. Game.

Spike (Offensive stroke). Game.

6th lesson

Offensive combinations with standard set for the zone 2 and 4. Game.

7th lesson

Tournament and evaluation of game skills within the game. Credit.
