Learning outcomes:

Students are capable of applying resistance training in relation to kinesiology analyses

Students are capable of applying resistance training in different methodological approaches (antagonist training, agonist training, post-activation performance enhancement)

Students are able to apply targeted resistance training for back and abdominal muscles. 

Students are able to apply targeted resistance training for lower limbs. 

Students are able to apply targeted resistance training for upper limbs. 

Student are competent to lead resistance training in fitness.
