1. Introduction to the requirements for granting the credit, the match of the listeners - assessment of the game level

2. Punching both hands on top + OOV

3. OOV after movement + bottom submission, position of cooperative for receiving submissions

4. OOV at an angle, both-hand undercut (OOS) in place

5. Top feed, CSO after movement, at an angle

6. Top service placed, pass - reception service, recording in front of you

7. Pass + recording

8. Attack Strike - Stage 1

9. Attack Strike - Stage 2

10 One block - 1st and 2nd stage, match
