Introduction to psychological skills training methods and examples of their practical applications. Topics include but are not limited to arousal and anxiety, self-awareness, relaxation, concentration, self-talk, imagery, goal setting, motivation.

The aim of the course is to introduce students to sport psychology and psychological skills training methods like self-awareness, relaxation, concentration, self-talk, imagery, goal setting.
