The subject is focused on the practical part of swimming training. After an agreement with the management of the swimming club, the student becomes part of the training team, in which, after agreement with the subject guarantor, he performs tasks related to the activities of an assistant coach or teacher. Based on the agreement, he can be in charge of dry preparation or check the performance of training tasks, help in measuring swimming sections, regularly take care of warm-up and swim-out sections, prepare training units that can be used during training, can check the technique of performing individual methods.

Předmět je zaměřen na praktickou část plaveckého tréninku. Po dohodě s vedením plaveckého oddílu se student stává součástí tréninkového týmu, ve kterém, po dohodě s garantem předmětu, plní úkoly související s činností asistenta trenéra nebo učitele. Na základě dohody může mít na starosti suchou přípravu nebo kontroluje plnění tréninkových úkolů, pomáhá při měření plavaných úseků, má pravidelně na starosti části rozplavání a vyplavání, připravuje si tréninkové jednotky, které mohou být využity v průběhu tréninku, může kontrolovat techniku provedení jednotlivých způsobů.

The aim of the course is to acquire practical skills from swimming training for children and youth up to 15 years of age.
By completing the subject, the student will acquire important competencies related to the connection of individual parts of the training process, from teaching children to training, to teaching technique, checking technique, application of training methods, layout of volume indicators and preparation for competitions. Completion of the course is important for obtaining the Trainer II qualification. classes.

Cílem předmětu je získat praktické dovednosti z plaveckého tréninku dětí a mládeže do 15 let.
Absolvováním předmětu student získá důležité kompetence, které souvisí s propojením jednotlivých částí tréninkového porcesu od výuky dětí k tréninku, k výuce techniky, kontrole techniky, aplikace tréninkových metod, rozvržení objemových ukazatelů a přípravy k závodům. Dokončení předmětu je důležité, pro získání kvalifikace Trenér II. třídy.
