The aim of the course is to characterize the goals and content direction of the preparatory and basic stages of swimming training, to familiarize students with the principles of loading youth in swimming training.
The graduate of the subject can optimally plan, implement and evaluate the training process focused on the age categories of preparatory and basic training. He applies knowledge from the field of youth training, psychological preparation and work with talents to his own preparation of the training process.

Cílem předmětu je charakterizovat cíle a obsahové směřování přípravné a základní etapy plaveckého tréninku, seznámit studenty s principy zatěžování mládeže v plaveckém tréninku.
Absolvent předmětu umí optimálně naplánovat, realizovat a vyhodnotit tréninkový proces zaměřený na věkové kategorie přípravného a základního tréninku. Aplikuje poznatky z oblasti zatěžování mládeže, psychologické přípravy a práce s talenty do vlastní přípravy tréninkového procesu.
