Sports training is aimed both at influencing the physical condition of children and adults. In childhood, a swimmer must first adapt to the water environment, learn to perceive the water environment, learn the correct technique of the given swimming methods, learn to train and then compete. After successful completion of Specialization 1, the student will acquire competencies that will enable him to understand the physical properties of the aquatic environment, he should be able to explain what a model swimming technique looks like for a given age period and should know how to teach swimmers these techniques.
