The subject creates theoretical background for creation of movement programs in water with a special focus on swimming lessons, movement training, aqua-fitness, health swimming and experience content. The exercises deepen and verify didactic professional skills for the organization of movement programs in water.

1.Benefity of swimming. Creation of fitness programs in water.

2. Strategy and objective in preparation of program.

3. Control of intensity and volume in swimming.

4. FITT principles.

5. Training methods in swimming.

6. Creation of aqua-fitness movement programs.

7. Creation of health oriented movement programs in water.

Exercises:

1. Verification of swimming competence (evaluation of swimming level, motor tests in water).

2. Evaluation of swimming techniques.

3. Evaluation of swimming fitness.

4. Programs in water - health oriented, regeneration oriented, weight control, focused on experience, preparation for hobby sport.

5. Programs aqua-fitness.

6. Fitness training programs (for sports other than swimming).

7. Specific training methods in water.

8. Development of aerobic abilities in water.
