The course is focused on getting acquainted with the principles of scientific work and the principles of research efforts, in the context of modern scientific knowledge. Students will be acquainted with the principles of writing final theses, but also with the possibilities of choosing the topic of these theses. The content of the course is also acquaintance with the requirements for the formal and content structure of the work, as well as acquaintance with the practices of suitable literary research for the thesis. Students will also be introduced to the issues of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including the introduction of more sophisticated methods for implementation in the thesis

Studenti budou taktéž uvedeni do problematiky kvalitativních a kvantitativních výzkumných metody, a to včetně představení sofistikovanějších metod pro realizaci v rámci diplomové práce.
