The course is aimed at acquainting students with current practical views on the functioning of organizations operating in the sports environment. Students will be exposed to lectures and seminars by experts from the application sphere of sports management, but also excursions to selected sports organizations, where they will be introduced to the operational functioning of the organization. Students will, using management methods, solve project tasks in project teams assigned by experts in the field of application. Students will be able to apply the knowledge gained through the study directly into practice.

After successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

• to orientate in the environment of the application sphere of sports management,

• set up a project team,

• solve assigned tasks in project teams,

• use the knowledge gained during the study in solving the assigned tasks,

• analyze and solve practical tasks,

• present the results of solving the assigned tasks from the application sphere.
