The course introduces students to the principles of organizing and managing sports organizations based on non-profit organizations and business companies. It deals with the principles of the establíshment, functioning and termination of both types of sports organizations, their organizational structures and financial management.

3. New Civil Code No. 89/2012 Coll. relating to the conversion of the civic association for associations
