Students will be familiarised with general principles of biomechanics and motor learning in individual phases of TT-VV. They will get specific theoretical and practical information of methods of improving fitness and co-ordination in TT-VV, and methods of evaluating the performance and toning-up level in the basic, specialised and performance phases of sport preparation.

Studenti se seznámí s obecnými základy biomechaniky, motorického učení v jednotlivých částech TT-VV. Získají specifické teoretické i praktické poznatky o metodách kondičního a koordinačního zdokonalování v TT-VV, o metodách hodnocení úrovně výkonnosti a trénovanosti v základní, specializované i vrcholové etapě sportovní přípravy.
