German language teaching aimed at general language competence skills acquisition (listening, speaking, reading, writing), corresponding to A 2.2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Increasing and broadening speaking skills in the field of general language at the A2 SERRJ level; a slight overlap into professional language, especially at the lexical level. Attainment of global lexical competencies at the A2 level according to the CEFR, lexical competencies at B1.1.

Credit requirements:

Regular attendance at seminars. 2 lesson absences within a semester are tolerated. To compensate for the 3rd and 4th absence at a lesson, the student will be given substitutive assignment by the course teacher. 5 or more absences do not meet basic requirements for being granted credit, the only exception being individual study scheme.

Oral presentation of a selected professional topic during the semester, involving practical demonstrations (approx. 8 minutes; written preparation of the presentation based on reference sources in the given foreign language).

In order to meet the learning objectives and your expectations, we will use a combination of all available and permissible communication channels when teaching foreign languages, namely the MS Teams platform, the correspondence method, consultations and ongoing verification of your language competence.
