Gymnastika pro všechny je programem, který svým zaměřením a východisky představuje širokou využitelnost
obsahu různých gymnastických sportů (sportovní gymnastika, rytmická gymnastiky, trampolínové sporty, aerobik,

Students, through the study of this subject, become familiar with and acquire the basic principles and their practical applications when planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating gymnastic lessons within the context of sport for all. Upon completing this subject, students:
understand and can explain the significance of the taxonomy of gymnastic skills (gymnastic movement patterns) using examples.
can apply pedagogical and didactic principles of gymnastic exercises in the field of gymnastics for all in practice.
know and can practically use various forms of gymnastic exercises to achieve the goals of gymnastics for all.
are capable of designing, implementing, and evaluating a training unit within the framework of a long-term program of gymnastics for all.

Studenti se studiem předmětu seznámí a osvojí si základní východiska a jejich praktické aplikace při plánování, organizování, realizaci a vyhodnocování gymnastických lekcí ve sportu pro všechny. Absolvování předmětu studenti:
znají a na příkladech dokáží vysvětlit význam taxonomie gymnastických dovedností (gymnastické pohybové vzory),
v praxi umí uplatnit pedagogické a didaktické zásady gymnastických cvičení v oblasti gymnastiky pro všechny,
znají a v praxi umí využívat různé formy gymnastických cvičení pro naplnění cílů gymnastiky pro všechny,
jsou schopni navrhnout, realizovat a vyhodnotit cvičební/ tréninkovou jednotku v kontextu dlouhodobého programu gymnastiky pro všechny.
