The concept of the Conditioning Gymnastics course is based on the assumption that by the third year, students already have a general understanding of the issues related to physical exertion and the physiological responses of the human body to it. This area is expanded and further developed towards the effects of conditioning exercises with a gymnastic character. Practical applications are focused on gaining experience in organizing and conducting conditioning gymnastics classes, as well as familiarizing oneself with the movement content of conditioning preparation in gymnastic sports.
Aim of the course -
Last update: PhDr. Adam Zdobinský (15.09.2023)

The aim of the course is to provide both theoretical and practical foundations for the creation of physical intervention programs focused on utilizing gymnastics in the development of physical fitness. Students will gain an understanding of the principles of stimulating motor skills and acquire the didactic aspects necessary for their implementation.

Upon completing the course, students will possess the following competencies:

The ability to analyze the required motor skills within the specific context of various motor (gymnastic) skills.

Proficiency in applying and modifying exercises aimed at enhancing motor skills in relation to the specific motor skills required in selected gymnastic sports.

The capacity to organize and lead specific training forms aimed at developing particular motor skills in gymnastic sports.

Familiarity with the principles of creating and implementing specific training forms and exercises for the development of specific motor skills in gymnastic sports.
