A characteristic feature of gymnastic activities is the aesthetic movement manifestation with various coordination demands. Acquiring gymnastic skills during acrobatics exercise and exercisesthe on the tool allows you to effectively apply theoretical knowledge in the field of gymnastics didactics. An integral part of teaching is mastery of individual elements of difficulty and didactics of subject matter.

Theory and Didactics of Musical Movement in Gymnastics and Dance. Learning outcomes of the course unit The process of acquiring selected areas of exercise skills without tools. Mastering the basic techniques of exercise with equipment. The issue of dance teaching. Application of acquired knowledge in the creation of musical movement composition. Creative activity in creating movement compositions. The theory of h-p relationships is applied to didactic practical exercises in each lesson.
