The aim of the subject is to become familiar with the principles of tissue and organ damage, symptoms and diagnosis of the disease. The student understands professional terminology and knows how to use it. The student can describe disorders of the structure of cells, tissues, organs and specific systems of the organism. The student learns to understand the disease in relation to the human organism and understands the basic pathophysiological mechanisms. The student can define the causes of diseases, list and assess the significance of the action of risk factors. The student can describe the pathology of individual organ systems, typical symptoms, diagnosis and treatment options. |
