This course introduces you to field-based testing that is commonly used in strength and conditioning practice. Specifically, this course includes hands-on training of:

1. 30-15 intermittent test, maximal speed, and acceleration

2. Maximal aerobic speed, yo-yo intermittent test

3. Anthropometry

4. 1-repetition maximum testing

5. Lower body and upper body power assessments

6. Agility, quickness, and reaction testing

7. Muscle endurance testing

To obtain credit for this course, you must attend all labs and assist in teaching at least 5 labs in NSCA Fitness.
