The incidence of civilization diseases continues to increase, the etiology of which is related to the current way of life. The aim of this course is to compare the effect of physical activity factor on the disease in relation to other risk factors, to clarify the mechanisms by which physical activity can interfere with the pathogenesis of selected diseases and how this activity can affect the course and development of possible complications. In secondary prevention, the intensity of the load is controlled by the condition and performance of the cardiovascular system. Increasing fitness is also very beneficial for people with AP, diabetics in metabolic compensation, patients after IM, and after revascularization procedures. There is a reduction in complaints, reduced mortality, increased exercise tolerance and functional capacity of the body, improved psyche, as well as improvements in sexual and overall quality of life.
