The subject is a compulsory subject, ie the basic theoretical subject of the profiling foundation, for students of the TVS program focused on education. The course includes the issue of fitness athletic training with special attention to individual motor skills with the attention to the application of selected athletic exercises in individual sports. At the same time, students go through didactic outputs focused on individual physical abilities used in fitness athletic training and outline of application to individual sports. The course is completed with an examination to test the basic knowledge of individual motor skills used in athletic fitness training.
