If it is necessary to introduce a distance form of teaching, this teaching will take place online in a virtual environment on the Microsoft Teams platform in the form of lectures, consultations for lectures, presentations of student assignments, including their analysis and reflection on these tasks and discussions.

Development of swimming endurance and strength. Special preparation for swimming rescue drowning. Swimming in difficult conditions. Helping an exhausted swimmer. Rescue equipment. Action salvation. Credit requirements: active participation, practical test - action salvation.

85% active participation in lessons
- swim 400 meters by swimming crawl,
- Demonstrate a drowning rescue action.
- towing a manikin over a distance of 25 m,
- bottom fishing at a depth of 4.2m
- jump from 3m board
- 200m swimming in clothing

Students swim alone in separate lanes and each student has 2 corrective attempts to pass the credit
