Charakteristika reálného stavu současné spisovné ruštiny, jejího postavení v rámci jazykového systému ruštiny, stavu jejích norem a kodifikace, spisovného uzu a na tomto pozadí jejího stylového rozvrstvení. Vymezení komunikativních sfér a uplatnění spisovného jazyka v nich. Zdůraznění zřetelů sociolingvistických.
