The subject acquaints students with problems of authority. It analyzes the concept of authority. It deals with the form, articulation, building and application of authority in various environments, especially in school education. He tries to answer the question of what the teacher builds up and gains authority and, on the contrary, loses it.

Using the acquired knowledge of authority issues, the student analyzes, assesses, evaluates pedagogical situations, and seeks possibilities for purposeful work with authority in the school environment.
