Through lectures and seminars, master the basics of self-preservation and rescuing a drowning person, including mastering a set of skills that are used in "defensive swimming". Mastering the activities of swimming on the surface, swimming under the surface, swimming in an extraordinary state of the environment, swimming with equipment and overcoming water obstacles.

The aim of the course is to learn the basics of self-preservation and rescue of a drowning person through lectures and seminars, and to acquire a set of skills that are used in "defensive swimming".

Syllabus -

1. Basics of self-defense and rescue of a drowning person.

2. A set of skills that are used in "defensive swimming" - sidestroke, backstroke, treading water.

3. Activities required when swimming on the surface - noiseless swimming, swimming at reduced pressure visibility, endurance swimming.

4. Swimming under the surface - diving, swimming under water, hunting for objects.

5. Swimming with equipment - in clothes, with weights, swimming zp. "Mazepa".

6. Overcoming water obstacles - transporting luggage, non-swimmers, etc.

7. Help a tired swimmer - in pairs, in threes.

- 80% active participation in teaching- hunting for objects - swimming under water and in deep water to catch 1 puck- pulling a drowning person to a distance of 200m, without touching the bottom of the pool. You can alternate during the course   towing methods- drowning rescue action- 400m swimming crawl time limit: men 7:30 min., women 8:00 min.- 50m in the selected swimming method with the head above water (start from the water) within a time limit   men 0:50 minutes, women 1:00 minutes- 50m rescue with a model. The model is placed 2 meters from the wall of the pool in its deepest part.   The rescuer starts by stepping into the water and swims with the chosen swim   way with the head still above water, then dives for the model, picks it up from the bottom   pool and reaches the finish line- swimming for a distance of 50m, the so-called "MAZEPA" .

The student has 2 correction attempts to complete the credit
