The aim of the course is to acquaint students with various developmental prerequisites for physical activities from pre-school age to adulthood. The course acquaints students with theoretical findings and research results. The basic entry topics include the somatic and psychological development of the child or athlete, the adequacy of the sports load with regard to age, the issue of early specialization. The essence of the course is hospitalization as well as students' own outcomes in controlled physical activities at different ages. The course concludes with the processing of hospital records and preparation for the actual output, including self-reflection.
