The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basics of combat sports, to introduce students to the basic techniques of selected combat sports and the methodology of training basic techniques with an emphasis on their practical application in self-defense. Another goal is to introduce students to a basic overview and knowledge and practical skills in the field of combat sports. History of martial arts, mastering the basic techniques of combat sports with a focus on karate, kung fu and judo. The course will also include practical self-defense for women. The specifics of the course is the use of combat techniques in school physical education. The course ends with a practical demonstration of the techniques and knowledge of methodological procedures in their training.
