The course is focused on the practical use of knowledge gained in study subjects. It is focused on specific issue in the early, pre-school and school age of children and pupils with communication disability. The practice is supervised by the chosen institution and the garant of the professional practice. The student is actively involved in the special educational process, is able to interpret and defend the selected procedures, methods and sequences, which he applied in practice. He presents his work and conclusions from practice in a form that is set in advance.

To pass the course it is required to prepare a diary from practice, which will capture the professional practice, a brief description of the institution which professional practice has provided. Elaboration of the characteristics of children, pupils or clients, diagnoses and process of speech therapy and intervention.
