Syllabus

1. Bases of notation with English terminology. Names of notes in different European languages (latin alphabet, solmization).

2. Major and minor scales. Church and folk modes.

3. Intervals. Chords - triads an sevenchords with their inversions.

4. Non-harmony notes. Harmonic functions and basic harmonic cadences.

5. Survey of musical instruments. Their constructions, ways and techniques of playing.

6. Musical forms.

 

Ve dvou seminářích se studenti rozdělí do tří skupin podle oboru studia, respektive vlastního zájmu:

a) nástroj - klavír (dr. Kozánková)

b) nástroj - housle (dr. Kubátová)

c) sborový zpěv (prof. Pecháček)
