The aim of the course is to mediate an continuous, extensive teaching experience in cooperation with our partner schools and mentors. As part of the course a thorough theoretical and organizational preparation takes place. In the designated time of 4 weeks the students realize their teaching practice at the selected lower secondary school, where they will observe and evaluate 6/8 lessons (taught by their mentor or other teachers) and they will independently teach 12/18 classes under supervision of their mentor. Students cooperate with their mentor in the planning process, assessment of students' work with the aim of gradually becoming autonomous and independent. All the materials (observations, lesson plans, teaching materials, etc.) are organized in a portfolio, which is submitted at the end of the teaching practice and is the subject of teaching practice reflective interviews with the teacher of the course.
