The course participants will be acquainted with contemporary tendencies and themes of theater for children, will look at selected performances from the theatrological and pedagogical point of view, will consider the importance of visiting the theater in the educational process in a wide artistic and educational context. Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the current state and tendencies of theater for children, to provide them with the competence to deeply evaluate theater performances and awareness of possible criteria for choosing a suitable performance for children. Účastníci kurzu se seznámí se současnými tendencemi a tématy divadla pro děti, nahlédnou na vybraná představení z pohledu teatrologického i pedagogického, zváží význam návštěvy divadla ve vzdělávacím procesu v širokých uměleckých i výchovně vzdělávacích souvislostech. Cílem kurzu je seznámit studenty se současným stavem a tendencemi divadla pro děti, poskytnout jim kompetence k hlubšímu zhodnocení divadelního představení i povědomí o možných kritériích výběru vhodného představení pro děti.
